Application Requirements

Admission standards for MBA@Denver match University of Denver’s high standards for excellence, and are the same as for on-campus programs. All applicants must have a bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university and a minimum of 24 months of full-time professional work experience, with 36 months preferred.

The minimum undergraduate GPA for admission consideration for graduate study at the University of Denver is a cumulative 2.5 on a 4.0 scale or a 2.5 on a 4.0 scale for the last 60 semester credits or 90 quarter credits (approximately two years of work) for the baccalaureate degree. Academic Background

expand_more

Official academic records from all previously attended colleges and universities must be submitted directly from those schools to the University of Denver. You may send unofficial transcripts to receive an admissions decision, but we will need to receive official transcripts before you begin classes. All transcripts should be sent to the following address:

Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver
2101 S. University Blvd, Suite 255
Denver, CO  80208

Please note: To be considered an official transcript, the transcript must be sent directly from your institution(s) or through an electronic transcript vendor retained by that institution. Transcripts submitted by enrolled or prospective students are considered unofficial documents, even if they are in a sealed envelope provided to you by the issuing university.

You should also provide a GPA from the degree-granting institution. The GPA should be reported on a 4.0 scale. International applicants who attended institutions with different grading systems (i.e., marks or percentages) should not convert their grades and may leave the GPA field blank.

We are now accepting transcripts electronically.

  • School-issued electronic transcripts: If your school issues official transcripts electronically, please have them send your encrypted transcripts to applicationservices@onlinemba.du.edu.

  • Unofficial transcripts: We will continue to accept unofficial transcripts if you are unable to submit your official transcripts at this time. Order your unofficial transcripts to be sent to your home, and scan them or take a photo to send to applicationservices@onlinemba.du.edu. We will still need your official transcripts once you matriculate.
