David Hoven is the founder and CEO of RPM China, which applies patented propagation technology to the cultivation of trees and plants at its nursery facilities in Beijing. David has a rich background in cross-border business development and financing between the U.S. and Asia, spanning industries including electronics, optics, robotics, agriculture and clean technology. Years of experience working in U.S.-China technology transfer deals have provided David a strong background in licensing agreements, IP strategy, joint venture negotiations and international private equity finance.
