Annette Fertig is an adjunct faculty member in the School of Accountancy. Prior to joining the University of Denver, she worked as a CPA for the Large Business and International Division of the Internal Revenue Service and in the Office of the Controller at Denver Public Schools.

Fertig teaches financial and managerial accounting and profit planning and control. She was the recipient of the Adjunct Faculty Excellence in Teaching Award for the 2017–2018 academic year.

She received her master’s in accountancy from the University of Houston–Clear Lake.
