Christopher Nelson, Ph.D., is an instructor in the business information and analytics department and started teaching at DU in 2007. Nelson has more than 25 years of corporate experience within telecom and consulting. He was also an officer in the U.S. Air Force and president of the American Statistical Association CO/WY Chapter. He now operates his own independent consulting company. Nelson has a Ph.D. in quantitative research/statistics from DU, an M.A. in economics from Old Dominion University, and B.A. in computer science from Boston University.
