Dr. Mitchell consults with organizations on employee empowerment and generational communication. Dr. Mitchell has taught communication and leadership for more than 16 years. At the University of Denver, she teaches courses which combines her love of management and communication. Her research focuses on employee empowerment, generational differences and women’s leadership.
