Sam Thomas is a senior ERP solutions executive with a primary focus on SAP and Salesforce.com software. Sam recently returned from the Middle East where he was the interim director of Operations for a Belgium-based real estate and building management software company. During his posting in Dubai, Thomas played an integral role in the innovation sector, focusing on the blockchain initiatives. He served as a keynote speaker, panelist and event judge in the Innovation field for the Middle East region. Thomas was the featured speaker at the 2017 Global Innovation Summit in Dubai.

Thomas is a certified Salesforce.com Administrator and an accomplished Salesforce.com Solutions Architect with successful projects at the State of Colorado’s Office of Economic Development and International Trade.

Thomas has been an adjunct faculty at the University of Colorado Denver Business School, as well as an adjunct faculty atthe Burns School of Real Estate and Construction Management at the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver. At the Jake Jabs Center for Entrepreneurship at the University of Colorado’s Denver Business School, Thomas teaches social innovation; at the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver, he teaches global perspectives in real estate. Thomas has also taught study abroad classes to India and to Dubai through the University of Colorado Denver’s Business School. At CU Denver, he was one of the early implementers of on-line teaching through Canvas and earlier technologies. He is an experienced public speaker and leader who enjoys inspiring and motivating others.

Thomas helped found an orphanage in Kerala, India, for children in need. He currently serves on its board.

Sam holds his Bachelor of Arts in International Relations with a minor in economics, as well as a Master of Arts in International Relations with a minor in economics development from the University of Denver’s Korbel School for International Studies.
