Tell us a little bit about yourself and your background.
I received my Bachelor of Nursing in 2010. After getting my degree I served in the U.S. Army Nurse Corps from 2010 to 2017. During my time in the Nurse Corps, I worked in several Military Treatment Facilities from Washington D.C. to Korea. My primary focus was trauma and critical care, and before I left the military, I worked in hospital operations developing and managing rapid response teams including nursing supervisory roles. After leaving the military I joined DaVita. DaVita operates globally delivering dialysis to kidney disease patients. At DaVita my focus is healthcare operations. In Denver, I collaborated with the DaVita innovation group in developing a propriety electronic medical record platform, along with several other pilot programs to create operational efficiency.
